Job Summary

Job Purpose

The Senior Analyst is responsible for supporting the successful delivery of client projects through data analysis insight generation and report preparation. Working closely with Delivery Managers Commercial teams and clients the role helps ensure high-quality service delivery and actionable business recommendations.

The position requires strong analytical capabilities attention to detail and effective communication skills to support project execution across a range of client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery & Analytics

  • Support the setup execution and delivery of client projects within agreed timelines.
  • Analyze sales market and consumer data to identify patterns trends and business opportunities.
  • Prepare reports presentations and analyses that translate data into clear business insights.
  • Support the development of recommendations that address clients business questions and challenges.
  • Ensure data accuracy and maintain high-quality standards in all project deliverables.
  • Assist in the implementation of key NIQ solutions and methodologies as required.

Client Support

  • Support day-to-day client servicing activities and respond to client requests in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with Delivery Managers and Commercial teams to understand client business needs.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations by providing analytical support and project updates.
  • Contribute to building strong working relationships with client stakeholders.

Collaboration & Continuous Learning

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including Commercial Delivery and Solution experts.
  • Maintain a good understanding of NIQ products services and methodologies.
  • Share knowledge and best practices within the team.
  • Continuously improve analytical presentation and consulting skills.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Economics Statistics Marketing Mathematics Data Analytics or related fields.
  • 2-4 years of experience in market research business analysis retail measurement consumer insights or FMCG-related industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with large datasets and translating findings into actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects with strong attention to detail.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
