Responsibilities 
职责
New Product Industrialization Leadership: Lead the industrialization of new products from design phase to serial production readiness. Coordinate process planning equipment specification plant layout and capacity planning in alignment with project milestones. Drive cross-functional collaboration with R&D quality and logistics to ensure on-time project delivery.

Process Development & Release: Responsible for process design validation and formal release for new production lines. Develop and maintain CP FMEA work instructions and process documentation. Lead process capability validation customer sample submission (PPAP) and process audit activities to achieve serial release per Bosch standards.
工艺开发与放行负责新产线的工艺设计验证和正式放行开发和维护CPFMEA作业指导书及过程文档主导过程能力验证客户样件提交PPAP和过程审核活动按博世标准达成量产放行

Team Management & Ramp-up Support: Lead and develop the SE team including task allocation competency building and performance management. Support production ramp-up by resolving technical issues monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement during the transition from industrialization to serial production.

Other relevant tasks assigned by superiors for achieving companys objectives.

Qualifications :

Qualifications & Requirements
任职资格及要求
Education学历
Bachelors degree or above. 
本科及以上学历

Skills技能
-Knowledge of industrialization processes and project management; experience in process release and process capability validation preferred;
熟悉工业化流程和项目管理具备工艺放行和过程能力验证经验者优先

Experience工作经验
-Five years working experience in manufacturing engineering or industrialization; team leadership experience preferred;
五年以上制造工程或工业化工作经验有团队管理经验者优先
-Working experience at JV or WOFE preferred;
具备合资或外商独资企业工作经验者优先
-Preference for experience in manufacturing environment; background in  automotive industry will be a plus;
具有制造业工作经历或者汽车工业背景者优先考虑
-Candidates with outstanding competence and potential of rapid growth are also considered with lower conditions.
