Act as the technical expert for eCompressor products and related technologies.
Lead the development and optimization of eCompressor systems components and technical concepts.
Define product  technical strategies and future technology directions.
Lead technical innovation and establish technical standards best practices and know-how for future eCompressor platforms.
Support acquisition activities customer RFQs and technical reviews.
Drive technical problem solving and root cause analysis for customer and project issues.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Engineering Product Management Purchasing Manufacturing Quality and Sales.
Act as the key technical interface towards customers suppliers and global development teams.
Support cost optimization (DtC) value engineering and product competitiveness improvement.
Mentor and coach engineers within the organization and contribute to competence development.
