任职资格

1. 大专及以上新媒体编导广告相关专业1年以上抖音编导经验

2. 具备优秀脚本能力故事感网感热点捕捉能力

3. 熟悉抖音算法完播率逻辑爆款结构

4. 有电商带货短视频直播引流视频经验优先

5. 执行力强能高效推进拍摄剪辑全流程

6. 善于沟通有现场执导能力抗压性强
