岗位职责
1. 基因合成新技术的开发与路径探索主导研发下一代高通量低成本高保真基因合成技术路线
2. 难度序列与长片段基因合成技术攻坚
3. 现有工艺流程优化持续提升基因合成效率及成本优化
4. 对开发过程中遇到的技术问题进行全面技术分析和解决
5. 及时跟进研发热点及文献阅读

招聘要求
1. 博士学历分子生物学生物化学等相关专业或者硕士工作经验6年以上在基因合成领域具有丰富的经验
2. 扎实的分子生物学基本功精通基因克隆质粒提取大肠杆菌转化与培养PCR/qPCR等全套技术并对不同克隆策略如Gibson AssemblyGolden Gate Assembly等的原理和适用性有深入理解
3. 熟悉大肠杆菌基因组编辑技术如同源重组CRISPR-Cas9系统能利用基因编辑工具对宿主菌株进行定向改造以服务于基因合成需求
4. 具备解决复杂序列问题的能力如高GC高度重复序列毒性基因大片段基因组装等
5. 具有较强的分析解决问题的能力熟练使用 Office Excel Powerpoint 等办公软件具有生信编程分析能力可优先考虑
6. 工作积极主动责任心强为人诚实能吃苦耐劳有较强的团队合作精神及沟通协调能力

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop new technologies and explore novel pathways for gene synthesis leading the R&D of next-generation high-throughput low-cost and high-fidelity gene synthesis technological roadmaps.
• Tackle technical challenges in synthesizing difficult sequences and long-fragment genes.
• Optimize existing process workflows continuously improving gene synthesis efficiency and reducing costs.
• Conduct comprehensive technical analysis and resolution of issues encountered during development.
• Stay current with R&D trends and perform regular literature reviews.

Job Requirements:

• Ph.D. in Molecular Biology Biochemistry or related fields; or a Masters degree with at least 6 years of extensive experience in the gene synthesis field.
• Solid foundational expertise in molecular biology: proficiency in gene cloning plasmid extractionE. colitransformation and culture PCR/qPCR and other core techniques with in-depth understanding of the principles and applicability of various cloning strategies (e.g. Gibson Assembly Golden Gate Assembly etc.).
• Familiarity withE. coligenome editing technologies (e.g. homologous recombination CRISPR-Cas9 systems) with the ability to apply gene-editing tools for targeted modification of host strains to meet gene synthesis needs.
• Capability to resolve complex sequence issues such as high GC content highly repetitive sequences toxic genes and large-fragment gene assembly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Office Excel PowerPoint and other office software. Prior experience in bioinformatics programming and analysis is a plus.
• Proactive responsible honest resilient and able to thrive in a team-oriented environment with excellent communication and coordination skills.
