Job Summary

  • You are E2E responsible for sample management incl. procurement real-time tracking inventory control and cost-related topic for SiC-based products in China.
  • You drive onsite maintenance continuous improvement initiatives and audit preparation to ensure absolute compliance with corporate and safety standards.
  • You coordinate sample orders based on demand from internal R&D marketing and customer teams in China.
  • You consolidate all sample-related costs including international freight customs charges and logistics fees. Collaborate with CTG to complete expense. Compile monthly reports on sample consumption cost and inventory loss statistics.
  • You perform regular physical inventory counts identify & reconcile discrepancies between physical stock and records.
  • You prepare regular reports covering inventory overview inbound shipment progress and sample consumption for local management and German headquarters.
  • You define and optimize the sample preparation and distribution workflows transforming complex demands into an agile highly efficient and time-saving operational flow.

Qualifications :

  • A Bachelor degree in Commercial / Engineering or similar field of studies.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in Procurement Logistic or similar field.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interface with customers.
  • Native in Chinese Fluency in English.
  • Bosch experience preferred Semiconductor background preferred.
