Job Summary

Department Digitalization Specialist;

Sample order management for in-house and trading parts;

Roles and Responsibilities

• AI Technology Application & Solution Implementation: Proactively explore evaluate and introduce AI tools to optimize the departments daily work including data analysis & Insights workflow automation.
• Empowerment with Digital Tools/Systems: Be responsible for the in-depth application and promotion of the departments existing digital tools (e.g. project management software collaboration platforms); Evaluate and recommend new tools or digital solutions to improve team collaboration and information management.
• Order content clarification/verification e.g. check order type check customer specific request on parts labeling content of description completion of order check list
• Order processing and system operation incl. order forwarding and release to SAP SAP project definition/creation SAP project release and confirmation
• Coordination and communication with sales development sample shop PS Germany and logistics departments incl. order status tracking and coordination to achieve the delivery date
• Inventory control and deadstock avoidance
• Support of regular topics eg. KPI reporting volume & sales forecasting BP and CF etc.
• Support digitization reporting eg. Tableau PowerBI

Qualifications Requirement

• Bachelor or Master degree with a background in sales manufacturing engineering international trade or other
• Team player with high flexibility ability to convince others and negotiation skills
• Structured reliable working style with a high sense of responsibility
• Work experience in digital transformation process optimization IT consulting or a related field.
• SAP experience preferred but not a must
• Native Chinese speaker with a good command of English language (speaking and writing)

• Experience building applications on Low-code/No-code platforms
• Good PowerPoint and presentation skills
