Nayax China is seeking a positive and energetic Sales Support Specialist to be part of the sales support team. The ideal candidate is a person with strong communication and presentational skills a mind of details and comfortable working in a fast-paced cross-functional and global environment. This role is based in our Shanghai office.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Take an active part in the sales support team including but not limited to CRM system management order creation order fulfillment after-sale support etc.
• Cross-department coordination and communication.
• Also support reception desk responsibilities.

Requirements:

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Proficient in using computers and various office software (Word Excel PowerPoint Sales Force SAP power automation etc.)
• Good interpersonal skills. Ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to create and present various reports as required
• Familiarity with import and export operations is a plus
• Basic accounting knowledge is a plus
• Must have good English reading and writing skills. Good spoken English is a plus
• Knowledge of business reception etiquette to handle client interactions professionally
