角色与职责

负责区域内产品销售及业务拓展工作通过合作伙伴和分销渠道推动业务增长完成销售目标

负责渠道开发维护及赋能提升渠道合作质量和市场覆盖能力

持续学习并掌握产品知识市场动态及销售技能有效执行销售策略和业务计划

与区域内重点科室专家及关键客户保持良好沟通建立学术合作关系推动客户教育项目落地

深入理解业务目标及市场需求结合客户需求制定并执行销售计划

在授权范围内独立开展业务工作运用商业判断力解决销售过程中的问题并与相关团队协同推动业务发展

与市场应用服务等跨职能同事保持紧密合作共同提升客户满意度和业务绩效

建立并维护良好的客户关系作为客户与公司之间的重要沟通桥梁传递产品价值和专业信息

任职要求

本科及以上学历具备相关医疗行业销售工作经验

具有市场开发渠道管理及客户关系管理能力

能够与区域专家渠道伙伴及重点客户建立并维护长期合作关系

具备优秀的沟通表达影响力及跨团队协作能力

具有良好的商业敏锐度独立工作能力及问题解决能力

学习能力强结果导向能够达成销售目标并推动业务增长
