主要工作职责
1. 推广公司产品
与药店店长和店员沟通推销公司的药品及保健品提高销售业绩
2. 培训产品知识
定期为店员进行产品知识培训提高其对公司产品的了解与推荐能力
3. 执行促销活动
协调并推动公司促销活动在门店的实施确保促销方案得到有效执行
4. 产品陈列管理
负责门店产品的合理陈列确保品牌形象统一并提升产品的可见性
5. 市场反馈收集
定期收集市场及客户反馈及时调整销售策略以满足客户需求
6. 线上分销支持
协助门店在美团饿了么京东等O2O平台的产品分销及陈列提升品牌的线上曝光率
7. 节庆促销策划
参与节庆促销活动的策划与实施推动销售业绩的提升
任职条件:
本科及以上学历专业背景不限医药市场营销等相关专业优先对医药健康零售行业有热情
2027届毕业生优先有校园社团实践兼职销售志愿者服务经历者优先
具备校园社团骨干经历兼职销售经验或大型志愿服务经历者优先具有较强的组织协调能力
具备优秀的学习能力对销售工作抱有热忱有志于在销售领域长期发展
性格开朗亲和具备出色的语言表达与人际沟通能力乐于主动建立并维护客户关系
工作积极主动责任心强具备良好的抗压能力能适应高频次的门店走访及外勤工作节奏
熟练操作计算机及各类常用办公软件具备高效的数据处理能力
具备良好的英文听说读写能力可作为工作语言进行基础商务沟通
