About the role

As the Sales Planning Manager you will act as a key enabler of business growth by leveraging both internal and external data (e.g. IQVIA Sino Health) to identify opportunities support business reviews and ensure effective execution of annual and monthly strategic addition the role will drive third-party field force (SR/PG) performance management and actively support senior leadership engagements (e.g. SLT meetings).

This is a highly cross-functional role requiring strong analytical capabilities business acumen and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

1. Data Analysis & Business Insights

  • Analyze internal and external data sources (e.g. IQVIA Sino Health etc.) to generate actionable insights
  • Identify business opportunities from an external market perspective and translate them into internal growth initiatives
  • Develop data-driven narratives to support decision-making at management level

2. Business Review & Strategy Implementation Tracking

  • Support monthly and quarterly business reviews including PPT preparation analysis and presentation development
  • Track key strategy metrics performance and identify gaps/opportunities

3. Strategy Execution & Governance

  • Drive execution of annual and monthly core strategies across channels and categories
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective rollout of key initiatives
  • Monitor progress and ensure timely delivery of strategic priorities

4. Sales leadership Support & Business Cycle Process Management

  • Deeply engage in SLT (Sales Leadership Team) meetings preparation and follow-up
  • Track key action items and ensure timely closure of deliverables
  • Support overall governance and process management for leadership meetings

5. Field Force Performance Management (3rd Party Teams)

  • Manage annual and monthly KPI setting tracking and review for SR/PG teams
  • Analyze productivity and effectiveness of field force deployment
  • Drive continuous improvement to enhance ROI and per capita productivity

Qualifications and skills

Essential

  • Bachelors degree or above in Business Marketing Pharmacy or related fields
  • Strong analytical capability with experience in data analysis and insight generation
  • Proficiency in Excel for data processing and analysis. Experience with SQL Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
  • Proficient in PowerPoint with the ability to develop clear and impactful presentations
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • High level of ownership structured thinking and execution capability

Preferred

  • Experience in Consulting Firm FMCG Healthcare or pharmaceutical industry
  • Familiarity with external data sources (e.g. IQVIA Sino Health)
  • Experience supporting senior leadership (e.g. SLT/CMT) or governance processes
