Dyson Business Services (DBS) organisation provides process and service excellence to support Dysons growth ambitions with a goal of innovating and enhancing services over time to meet the changing needs of the business.

Reporting to the Order to Cash Operations Manager the Sales Order Processing Analyst manages the end-to-end order flow for our customers orders.

Responsibilities:

Sales Order Processing:

Oversee all aspects of sales order processing from order entry to invoicing.

Ensure timely and accurate handling of sales orders in the system.

Coordination with Teams:

Liaise with sales representatives logistics and local SOP market team to ensure stock availability and delivery schedules are met.

Communicate proactively with internal teams and customers to resolve issues related to order processing.

Customer Service:

Address customer inquiries and order-related issues promptly and professionally.

Manage order adjustments cancellations and refunds when necessary.

Process Optimization:

Identify and implement improvements to streamline the order management process.

Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Reporting & Analytics:

Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales order metrics.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales order processing customer operations or a related role.

Fluent in English.

Knowledge of SAP systems and sales order processing.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

A can-do attitude with high self-motivation and a deadline-driven approach.

Comfortable in a multi-cultural work environment and working with virtual teams.

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with high-volume activities and changing priorities.
