Job Responsibilities
1. Vehicle Management
Manage the full-cycle daily vehicle administration of the company. Complete registration and update of vehicle information as well as verification and confirmation of DSV & SV target achievement rates. Thoroughly check details of vehicle repair and maintenance invoices and conduct entry update and maintenance of billing information. Administer full processes of fuel card application distribution registration and write-off standardize vehicle usage and maintenance procedures and ensure safe stable and efficient operation of corporate vehicles to support frontline business operations.
2. DSR Management
Review confirm and formally submit draft DSR market evaluation documents. Follow up the calculation verification and confirmation of P bonuses to ensure accurate delivery of compensation-related work. Strictly audit onboarding and offboarding information of DSR team members and complete registration update and filing of personnel records. Standardize the daily management system for the DSR team to improve overall team management efficiency.
3. KN Category Management
Take charge of inventory purchasing and sales management for KN category; handle expense application usage and control; optimize marketing activity plans and effectively track regional on-site implementation.
4. Provincial Administrative Work
Oversee all daily provincial administrative affairs implement administrative management systems and relevant work requirements ensure orderly and efficient progress of provincial administrative work and provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support for the business team.
Job Requirements
1. Education Background
Full-time Bachelors degree or above with no restriction on majors.
2. Work Experience
At least 3 years of relevant working experience. Candidates with working experience in Sales Operation and market data analysis within the FMCG industry will be given priority.
3. Language Proficiency
Possess competent English reading and writing skills; proficient in reviewing and processing various English work materials reports and documents to meet daily English communication demands at work.
4. Professional Skills
Skilled in the complete Microsoft Office suite with advanced capabilities in Excel data processing formula application data statistics and PPT report development. Highly sensitive to market and business data with outstanding abilities in data sorting data analysis problem assessment and report compilation.
5. Communication & Coordination Skills
Excellent cross-department and cross-team communication and coordination capabilities. Able to coordinate multi-party resources efficiently drive alignment implementation and full closure of all tasks and guarantee efficient collaboration within the team.
6. Comprehensive Qualities
Strong self-learning capability adaptability and stress tolerance; self-motivated responsible and team-oriented. Meticulous logical and highly executable at work capable of efficiently completing all assigned tasks.
