Sales Manager

1.职责目的Position Objectives

开发和维护半导体设备市场客户资源管理和协调代理商和经销商的业务活动确保销售目标和利润指标的实现

Develop Semi OEM customer/user resources manage and coordinate direct & distributors business

activities Ensure sales projection and profit targets achievement.

2主要职责Key Responsibilities

• 完成本部门下达的年度及季度销售和盈利或费用控制及回款指标并力争超标

To accomplish annual/quarter sales margin(within cost control) and collection targets try the best to excess.

• 及时访问本人所管理的客户同重要客户建立密切的业务关系在公司的客户信息系统中认真如实录入客户信息

Visit the customers in responsible area and build close business relationship with them. Record customer information in company database timely and accurately.

• 及时了解客户的需求和发展方向并提供快速和优质的支持和帮助

Understand customer need and trend provide prompt and high quality support and help.

• 认真执行公司和本部门的各项规章制度包括对销售价格和折扣的规定

Implement company and departments policies seriously include the policy regarding sales price and discount.

• 积极推进本部门的销售计划和对新产品新应用及新客户的跟踪.

Actively push sales plan of the department and closely follow the promotion of new products new application and new customers.

• 具有较强的整个团队合作精神

Strong team building spirit.

3工作标准/绩效目标Performance Standard/Goals:

• 完成部门下达的年度销售任务

Achieve annual sales target of the department.

• 完成公司要求的回款指标

Achieve the collection target required by company.

• 完成新客户开发任务

Achieve the development target of new customers.

4任职资格Position Qualification Requirement

• 专业背景和资历素质Education & Professional Background

大学本科学历电子 化学 机械工程专业背景优先

University major in Microelectronics Chemistry mechanical engineering or relatives priority.

• 相关工作经验Relevant Experience

5年以上半导体制造经验半导体设备经验或是半导体相关供应商销售经验

Above 5 years of Semi manufacture experience or sales experience of semiconductor related.

• 语言技能Language Skills

较好的英文交流能力

Good English communication skills.
