工作概述

根据业务发展及增长需求对于爱科产品销售业务的开展及方向给予明确指导达成业务指标并促进业务持续增长以直销形式与内部团队跨部门协作通过与最终用户工程总包公司机电分包及设计院的关系维护与拓展提供专业的销售方案在满足客户需求的情况下实现爱科产品在区域内的市场推广和销售的任务

关键岗位职责

结合公司战略目标及所负责地区的市场情况开发主产品项目销售业务和客户商机负责制定长期及短期发展方向开拓广州地区市场建立团队并带领团队高效执行

合理制定及分配年度业绩指标带领团队达成预定目标即实现业务的增长同时有效管理部门预算和人员/项目成本

与相关部门市场服务商务PM等部门密切合作提供客户的推广支持提升客户服务质量并帮助AR部门及时收回账款

运用公司销售管理体系及工具培养高效率的团队和人才梯队负责推广爱科产品建立和维护良好的客户关系

任职资格:

本科及以上学历暖通空调制冷建筑环境等相关专业具备大型项目操作经验

5年以上暖通行业相关销售经验2年以上项目销售业务及团队管理经验

有能力带领团队在一定压力下实现业绩目标且曾有多次成功经验

优秀的沟通适应和变革管理能力

以结果为导向以数据为依据具备快速决策能力
