Sales Engineer(AE)DCCS

• Implement sales activities to achieve FA sales target (i.e. Rev IO AR Inventory New Focus Customer etc.).
• 开展销售活动以达成FA销售指标 (例如销售额订单应收款库存新重点客户等等
• Identify and seize cross-selling opportunities of customers to ensure DCs maximum share.
• 识别并抓住客户端的跨产品销售机会确保DC的产品份额最大化
• Understand and align BU profitable growth strategy (including application product pricing after-market) to drive success in responsible area.
• 理解并协同执行与BU共同认可的盈利增长策略(包括应用产品定价售后市场)以推动负责区域业务取得成功
• Conduct thorough market analysis and stay abreast of customer trends to define business decisions.
• 进行深入的市场分析了解客户发展趋势以制订业务发展决策
• Strengthening FA sales force via developing distribution network in the region to gain further market share .
• 通过发展分销网络增强FA销售力量以赢得更多的市场份额.

Qualifications :

1. Education: Bachelor degree or above in mechanical automation or electrical automation  control related.

         教育背景 本科以上学历机械自动化或电气自动化控制相关专业

1. Industry Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in selling of AE productsfamiliar with AE market  team leading experience preferred.

         行业经验 至少6年工厂自动化产品的销售经验熟悉自动化产品的市场具有团队管理经验优先

1. Strong self-motivation and high initiative to exploit new market

         开拓新市场必备的强烈进取心和主动性

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience in working effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

1. Sales and Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing strategies understand the strength of distribution channel for business development.

         销售和市场营销专长 对销售和市场营销策略有深入的了解理解分销渠道对业务的推动力

        Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of factory automation products (AE etc.) their                        applications and the technical aspects of the industry.

       7. Ability to work under pressure and Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to                navigate and resolve complex business challenges.

        9. Language Skills: Fluency in English for business communication.
