工作职责/ Job Description:

• Achieve assigned sales targets conduct regional marketing develop new customers and launch new products.
• Manage expenses within budget optimize cost time and administrative resources.
• Conduct project management update CRM system and coordinate collaboration among offices.
• Submit regular business updates and progress reports to management.
• Maintain corporate image and assist the commercial team with payment follow-up.
• 完成公司销售指标开展区域市场推广开发新客户推广新产品
• 严控各项业务开支遵守预算要求统筹成本时间及管理资源
• 统筹销售管理常态化更新CRM系统推进各分支机构协同协作
• 及时梳理业务动态定期向管理层同步工作进展
• 维护优化公司品牌形象配合商务部门落实账款催收工作

任职要求/Job Requirement:

• Minimum 5 years sales experience preferably in oil petrochemical and chemical industries; over 3 years key project sales experience with sales management and product management experience.
• Bachelors degree or above major in automation instrumentation or related disciplines with combined technical and sales background.
• Team-oriented with excellent communication and product presentation skills; stress-resistant execution-driven and pioneering to face business challenges.
• Positive trustworthy loyal reliable and flexible capable of adapting to international business environment.
• Have basic English reading and writing capabilities.
• 5年以上销售工作经验石化化工炼油行业从业者优先具备3年以上大型项目销售经验拥有销售管理产品管理相关工作履历
• 本科及以上学历自动化仪表及相关工科专业兼备技术销售双重从业背景
• 具备团队协作意识沟通表达产品宣讲能力突出抗压能力强执行力市场开拓能力优异勇于接受工作挑战
• 性格积极正向为人诚信忠诚处事灵活环境适配能力强适配国际化办公环境
• 具备基础英文读写能力可适配涉外业务工作
