与特灵销售团队进行沟通交流挖掘客户需求并协同技术支持团队为客户定制有竞争力的空气侧技术解决方案

跟踪区域市场及竞争对手的发展情况拓展新领域并在新领域推广空气侧产品技术解决方案实现并超越既定的销售和利润目标

按照公司既定策略积极寻求项目机会扩大市场覆盖增强特灵空气侧产品的市场影响力

收集市场及同类产品信息帮助公司提升产品性能质量及应用并创造积极的客户体验

按照公司的销售流程追踪项目进程

按照公司设定的销售目标完成各项业绩指标完成项目合同执行及收款工作

定期分析和总结销售工作并按要求调整工作方向

任职资格:

本科以上学历暖通空调建筑环境与设备工程机电一体化等理工科专业毕业

3年以上中央空调产品直销经验有空气侧产品销售经验者优先

有CAD制图与识图能力

有一定的客户资源工程总包设计院及行业类客户

能够并愿意到负责区域出差

热爱销售工作积极主动勇于承担敢于创新良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神

乐于接受反馈不断学习和开发新思路并自我提升

追求卓越绩效并持续达成目标能够理解业务战略及方向销售流程快速执行以实现业务目标
