Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Sales Director to lead our Central Region team and drive growth. The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies managing key accounts and ensuring business targets are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in leadership excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the business process.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective business strategies and plans to achieve brand goals and targets.
- Lead and manage the Central Region team providing guidance training and coaching to deliver performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to maximize growth.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Prepare and present business reports and forecasts to the executive team.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities.
- Stay up to date with industry developments and best practices to enhance team performance and knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business administration Marketing or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership positions.
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
