This exciting opportunity is 100% office-based at our Guangzhou office China.

What you will do:

• Develop and agree the strategic sales direction with Management for market segments product platform and key focus customers. Achieve the target set by Management.
• Maintain existing customer and business meanwhile develop new opportunities in South China to ensure sales growth.
• Identify from customer needs to projects be clear with business objectives communicate well with technical marketing Supply Chain and other support teams to win the project.
• Understand company offering of solution and services. Annual selling price review with customer including price negotiation.
• Ensure sustainable growth while maintaining both customer satisfaction and in line with company compliance.

What you will bring:

• No sales experience required. If youve got the drive to win a curious mind and lead with empathy this is the career break youve been waiting for.
• A strategic approach to developing business and winning new accounts.
• Success record of selling or working in highly technical value-added solutions to a professional audience preferred.
• Prior experience navigating large accounts and partnering with key decision makers for innovative new product development projects.
