以公司政策和要求为前提承接区域RTM策略落地执行通过渠道执行管控销售数据分析赋能和区域运营支持工作最终实现区域销售业绩增长提升市场份额

主要工作职责:

跟踪并推动区域BD销售业绩达成 协助BD销售主管提升经销商管理质量推进经销商分级体系落地 协助BD销售主管优化渠道合作提升门店链路活跃参与度赋能运营精细化升级 跟踪并提升经销商与一线销售团队的人效产出 维护区域客户档案与代表布岗记录 开展销售数据分析挖掘潜在业务机会

任职条件:

• 本科及以上学历
• 2年以上销售支持或相关领域的工作经验
• 熟悉销售流程和市场运作具备数据分析能力
• 有RTM经销商管理或渠道优化经验者优先
• 具备良好的沟通能力协调能力和团队合作精神
• 良好的英语听说读写能力
• 熟练使用常用办公软件和数据分析工具
