YOUR TASKS

• 全面负责机器人关节项目的周期管理在极具挑战性的时间节点下统筹项目规划执行与监控确保项目按时按质按预算成功交付
  Take full responsibility for therobotics jointproject managing project planning execution and monitoring to ensureon-time high-quality and on-budget delivery under aggressive timelines.
• 作为核心枢纽高效协调本地与德国以及内部多部门资源打破部门壁垒推动跨职能团队紧密协作解决项目推进中的关键问题
  Act as the central hub toefficiently coordinate resources across local and global as well as multipledepartments breaking down silos and driving cross-functional teamwork toresolve critical project roadblocks.
• 主导与内部团队及外部供应商/合作伙伴的沟通与对接建立并维护高效的协作关系确保信息流畅精准管理各方期望保障项目顺利推进
  Lead communication and liaisonwith internal team and external suppliers/partners establishing andmaintaining efficient collaborative relationships to ensure smooth informationflow manage stakeholder expectations and secure project progress.
• 具备前瞻性的风险管理能力能主动识别项目潜在风险并制定有效的应对预案在问题出现时能迅速响应主动上报并推动解决方案的落地
  Possess forward-looking riskmanagement skills proactively identifying potential project risks anddeveloping effective contingency plans. When issues arise respond swiftlyescalate proactively and drive the implementation of solutions.
• 对项目最终的完成负责深度参与项目预算制定与成本控制确保项目达成既定的技术与财务指标
  Take ownership of the projectsultimate accomplishment deeply involving in budget planning and cost controlto ensure the project meets its required technical and financial targets
• 持续推动项目流程优化与降本增效积极寻求创新方案提升项目执行效率和产品竞争力
  Continuously drive projectprocess optimization and cost reduction actively seeking innovative solutionsto improve project execution efficiency and product competitiveness.
• 完成项目所需的其他工作
  Perform other tasks related withproject.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• 本科及以上学历工程类或相关专业背景
  Bachelors degree or above inEngineering or a related field.
• 具备3年以上项目管理经验有独立主导复杂项目从0到1成功落地的完整经历
  Over 3 years of projectmanagement experience with a proven track record of independently leadingcomplex projects from concept to successful launch.
• 拥有极强的自驱力和责任感在快节奏高压力多任务并行的环境下依然能保持积极主动的工作状态和出色的交付能力
  Possess strong self-motivationand a deep sense of ownership maintaining a proactive attitude and excellentdelivery capability in a fast-paced high-pressure and multi-taskingenvironment.
• 具备卓越的沟通协调能力善于整合资源推动跨部门跨层级的协作是出色的团队凝聚者和推动者
  Excellent communication andcoordination skills adept at integrating resources and facilitatingcross-departmental and cross-hierarchical collaboration. A great team unifierand driver.
• 英语听说读写流利能够将其作为工作语言与国际团队进行无障碍沟通
  Fluent in English (written andspoken) able to use it as a working language for seamless communication withinternational teams and clients.
• 对机器人行业充满热情有机器人或相关智能硬件行业经验者优先考虑
  Passionate about the roboticsindustry. Experience in robotics or related smart hardware sectors is a strongplus.
• 具备出色的抗压能力能够适应项目关键节点的快节奏工作
  Outstanding ability to work underpressure and adapt to a fast-paced environment during critical project phases.
