Rewards Specialist
Job Summary
You will support the Rewards Delivery Manager on the deployment of Rewards projects and ensure our Rewards tools are used to create positive business outcomes and people impact.
Specifically you will primarily be supporting the benefits agenda for APA including:
Keep Rewards policies / Knowledge Articles always updated
Keep updated all Rewards local tools / platforms (e.g. Sharepoints Benefits Lighthouse etc)
Support / drive as needed Benefits reviews
Keep updated on latest Benefits trends / legislation etc .
Contribute to build Rewards capabilities for the APA People team (e.g. PA PP TAA etc)
Partner and collaborate with key stakeholders in Global /Regional Reward teams EEO Legal Finance Tax M&A teams and external consultants/vendors
Support Comp in Global Service Center
Support Executive comp in China (Long term incentive)
What we are looking for (the ideal candidate is/has)
As for the skillset and experience we are looking for:
Experience in managing benefits processes within a complex international organization
Experience in international organizations and ability to navigate complex stakeholder matrix
A proactive lets get it done attitude geared towards continuous improvement
Flexibility and adaptability to operate in a fast-paced developing project environment taking ownership and setting directions with minimal guidance
Resilience: the change process is anything but straightforward; accepting uncertainty and bouncing back from setbacks while keeping your enthusiasm is a tall order but we need it
Collaborative working style fostering cooperation and teamwork to find solutions
Structured and independent working style and focus on delivering results as per agreed timescales and scope
