• 本科及以上学历工商管理市场营销供应链管理统计学数据分析工业工程暖通空调及相关专业优先MBA或具备商业运营供应链管理相关进修背景者优先
• 8年以上商业运营Commercial Operations销售运营Sales Operations需求计划Demand Planning供应链协同Supply Planning或零售管理相关经验
• 具备大型消费品快消家电建材暖通空调HVAC或零售行业经验优先
• 具有全国性销售规划Forecast管理S&OP/SIOP运营经验者优先
• 熟悉Sell-inSell-out运营逻辑具备终端零售经营分析经验
• 具备推动跨部门业务变革项目及运营体系搭建经验
