Research Associate, Compounding Process Lab

We are looking for:

• One experienced Technician to play a crucial role in the production process by operating and maintaining compounding/molding equipment to support the GBU business growth.

We count on you for:

• Ensure the lab operation in compliance with site HSE and 5S standards
• Operate compounding line or molding machine proficiently in accordance with production plans and process requirements ensuring the smooth progress of the process
• Conduct comprehensive inspections of the equipment before starting up ensuring the normal operation of all components sufficient supply of materials and correct setting of process parameters
• Accurately control key process parameters such as temperature speed during compounding adjusting them according to the requirements of different products to guarantee the consistency and stability of product quality
• Accurately record various data during the production process especially abnormal conditions
• Warehouse management including raw material and sample shipping
• Responsible for the daily maintenance of equipment

You will bring:

• College or above majoring in chemical/mechanical engineering or polymer material science is preferred
• Prior experience in compounding and molding or in a similar role is preferred
• Familiar with the operation and maintenance of extruders and the auxiliary equipment and understand the principles of polymer processing technology
• Have good teamwork spirit and communication skills
