Job Summary
- 根据客户维修方案要求和相关设计规范进行油缸维修报价方案设计合理安排加工工艺Carry out cylinder quotation BOM and routing process concept and detailed design according to customer requirements and relevant design specifications;
- 和客户保持沟通了解客户现场使用工况支持销售做好维修报价前期的技术沟通Keep communicate with customer for products condition support sales for pre-project stage;
- 维修设计方案应满足经济合理性减少新制件应修尽修配合销售完成22天内的合同报价The design scheme should be meet the economic rationality fulfill less than 22days quotation service strategy.
- 保持和供应商的沟通及时解决供应商加工过程中的问题Keep communicate with supplier on site provide solution in time;
- 参与CIP项目维修设计流程标准化维修方案等Participate in CIP projects (design process repair solution standardization etc.);
- 其他临时性工作Other temporary work.
