• 工作职责
  政策环境与客户洞察
  掌握省市级层面VBP和列名准入政策及其在医院层面的潜在影响
  追踪医院层面VBP和列名准入政策的落地实施情况具体流程和关键驱动因素
  了解科室层面VBP和列名准入政策的实施计划与情况
  风险识别与机会分析
  持续评估医院层面VBP风险和捷诺妥列名机会确定医院互动优先级
  基于医院互动优先级规划客户互动活动来实现工作目标
  跨省区域市场策略规划及落地区域运营管理
  基于区域市场环境政策趋势及业务目标制定跨省区域市场策略与行动计划
  跟踪区域策略执行进展根据市场变化及时优化调整
  关键决策者识别
  识别目标院内关键决策者及其影响力
  了解关键决策者行为驱动力和未满足需求
  确定针对关键决策者的互动目标
  客户互动与行为影响
  与关键决策者搭建并持续维护客户关系
  通过客户互动活动与谈判影响并说服关键决策者
  设计院企合作项目或搭建合作平台
  合作影响力
  将收集到的信息及时分享给跨部门团队如业务团队 他们可以把这些信息运用在与临床医生的互动当中
  与跨部门团队合作安排定期沟通会议确认目标医院风险和机会点以及客户互动计划跟踪执行进度和结果
