Refurbishment Engineer

• To carry out returned seal repair failure analysis.
• 主要负责维修中心密封修复失效分析工作
• To support customer field service request.
• 客户现场服务支持完成销售的服务申请
• To manage daily service center operation fixed asset and tools.
• 维修中心运营5S管理资产及各种工具管理
• To carry out seal disassembly check report etc.
• 负责机封的拆解检查以及报告等密封相关工作.
• Carry out seal faces calibration and make repair plan based on drawing SOP.
• 依据图纸SOP来检测制定密封动静环校核及修复计划
• To create failure analysis report when needed
• 当需要时依据返回机封做故障分析报告.
• To repair the components manually when required.
• 基本的手动加工零件的能力当维修中心需要时.
• To make metal parts repair plan based on SOP
• 制定密封金属件修复计划.
• To maintain the equipment and make record.
• 依据设备维护程序及时正确地维护设备并正确填写维护记录表.
• To be responsible for 5S in service center assigned area.
• 遵守车间5S原则保持车间整洁场清料净各类工具用后要及时归位.
• Comply with EHS policy.
• 遵守公司EHS制度正确穿戴和使用PPE.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• Mechanical Engineering or Chemical machinery
• 全日制统招本科及以上机械设计及自动化化工机械过程装备与控制工程热能动力工程流体机械
• At least 3 years in plant process systems and equipment operation or design knowledge
• 一般需要至少3年过程工业设备维护管理或设计经验
• Knowledge and experience of rotating equipment such as pump or compressor
• 旋转设备知识和经验包括泵或压缩机
• Good hands on experience and skills
• 较好的动手操作能力和经验
• Good problem solving skills logically.
• 较好的问题解决能力逻辑性强
