Refining Manager

岗位概述:

负责精炼一车间精炼二车间食品磷脂车间油罐区污水车间的生产运行情况根据销售需要合理协调安排生产计划督导生产完成生产任务各项工艺指标达到公司质量指标要求及政府环保要求并结合各车间实际情况指导调整工艺并努力使之达到最优化指导车间搞好现场及人员管理工作等

主要职责:

1. 遵守和执行公司的各项安全行为规范等规章制度 遵守公司食品安全质量环境政策的要求
2. 严格执行工厂的各项安全管理制度培养部门员工的安全意识负责实施安全设施改造项目
3. 确定部门的岗位设置并随着生产的发展变化不断进行调整做好员工的日常管理和绩效考核激发员工的工作潜能
4. 负责车间的项目及能源管理的具体管理工作的布置实施检查督促落实执行情况
5. 依据公司生产计划维修计划及各项绩效考核依据每月的销售计划结合生产能力状况组织并实施责任区域内的年度月的生产/维修计划及时掌握生产动态随时组织资源解决生产中出现的任何问题确保生产安全高效运行
6. 组织制定责任区域内的生产工艺操作规程和安全操作规程并组织督促及激励下属各车间员工开展安全生产技术操作等方面知识的学习培训; 帮助下属员工提高工作业绩增强部门凝聚力和团队合作精神加强企业文化建设
7. 根据公司标准组织下属员工对责任区域内的设备开展TPM/AM提高设备的健康率降低NSDT同时提高设备运行的OE及生产运营的OEE
8. 做好生产部年度预算CapexOpexKPI同时对各项成本/费用的控制及分析
9. 推动CI工作使车间的工作规范高效持续改进

Qualifications :

技能知识

• 熟悉食用油精炼大豆油玉米油花生油葵油非转豆油菜籽油精炼工艺等和包食品级磷脂加工流程和设备
• 熟悉ISO和HACCP食品级洁净区域管控等 质量管理体系的基本要求
• 熟练运用各种管理工具或系统ABC分类法SWOTPDCA6W2HSAMRTWBS等等
• 熟悉油脂工厂安全法律法规及国家标准
• 了解可靠性维修体系
• 较强的团队合作精神创新精神
• 优秀的沟通组织协调能力
• 认真负责的态度

工作经历:

• 有五年以上食用油生产管理工作经验

教育背景:  

• 本科及以上学历油脂食品机械化工类等专业
