Essential Function

Talent Acquisition Consultant is responsible for candidate sourcing screening and eventually closing candidates for his/her respective client(s). This role will also demonstrate the ability to research various industries and geographic locations using a variety of methods.

Key Accountabilities

• Champion Talent Acquisition process excellence in candidate sourcing candidate conversation and interaction accurately managing candidates through PAREXEL Talent Acquisition system (PEGA and BrassRing) and demonstrate professional candidate selection/assessment skills during the process.

• Demonstrate the ability to define and understand job requirements and translate these requirements into selection criteria.

• Complete and document all necessary documentation along the process to fulfill internal control requirement.

• Understand client-specific acumen.

• Understand general labor market trend and competitor hiring information.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Demonstrated time management and personal organization skills with good priority setting

• The ability to use diverse software in the identification/ contacting of potential candidates.

Education

• Bachelors degree and/or above with Human Resources related majors.

Language Skills

• At least fluent in English (verbal and written)

• At least fluent in Japanese (verbal and written)

• Fluent in Mandarin

Minimum Work Experience

• At least 2 years in Talent Acquisition (in-house recruitment employment agencies social media representatives etc.) related experience
