Responsibilities

R&D activities in creating innovative polymer additives solutions. Focus on new chemicals development testing protocols and performance optimization.

• Collaborate with marketing production and regulatory affairs teams
• Develop innovation project proposals based on market needs identified establish technical objectives project timelines and resource allocation
• Monitor scientific advancements regulatory changes and market trends
• Develop relationships with academic and industry partners
• Manage intellectual property development and protection
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations

Product expert activities in polymer additives

• Lead new products development
• Responsible for production support and customer support

Requirements

• PhD in chemistry polymer science or related fields
• Project management skills
