R&D Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the product development cycle of footwear including sample tracking and documentation.
Support the team in checking and organizing product specifications and material information.
Help maintain accurate and up-to-date development records and files.
Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams.
Assist with day-to-day operational tasks within the R&D department.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Main Requirements:
Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of working experience bachelors degree or above
Strong attention to detail with good organizational and time management skills.
Eager to learn proactive and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office).
Good verbal and written English communication skills (speaking listening reading writing).
Positive attitude team-oriented and willing to take on new challenges.
