Core responsibilities

Accountable for Quality and company targets supporting quality company strategy complying with Quality with all company policies

Data-book Organization

Coordinate and organize the quality documents including certificates inspection protocols etc. which are confirmed by QE as per ITP requirement to prepare the data-book for products of all projects by hard copy and/or by QASC Tool based on the component production and inspection status.

On time preparation of data-book

The data-book shall be ready in 1 week after the component status is in the next step which includes fabrication PWHT Machining painting and shipment for the in-house manufacturing; the data-book shall be ready in 1 week after QE confirmed the inspection results which is done by QC for the outsourced/purchased components. According to BMS support PQE to prepare and complete the Quality Data Book in one month after the components delivery.

4. Archive and hand over as-built data-book as per contract requirement

Register a document number of each data-book in ECTR prepare and print out data-book cover sheet collect internal and external reports and put them in right place of data-book folder binding up data-book after component shipment archive and handover to project department.

Requirements:

Bachelor and above of Mechanical Electrical metal material material process automation or equivalent majors

Familiar with MS office software experience in use of SAP is preferred

Have CET-4 certificate and skill in both reading and written English
