基本要求
按照图纸和来料检验指导书正确操作CMM圆度仪粗糙度仪等通用量具得到正确报告进行来料检测生产日检和NPI的质量检验及时维护SAP系统中质量模块的来料检验批和量具管理信息 掌握基本的CMM三坐标检验编程程序 按照图纸和来料检验指导书要求进行热处理材料性能的检测负责金属材料样品的切割镶嵌打磨抛光腐蚀等金相制样工作并使用金相显微镜进行组织观察与分析根据标准得出相应的检查结果能正确操作CMT切割工具以及各种硬度计
岗位职责:
按照图纸和 来料检验指导书正确操作CMM圆度仪粗糙度仪等通用量具对来料序间物料以及NPI物料进行尺寸类质量检测 能正确操作CMT切割工具以及各种硬度计按照来料检验指导书和控制计划对来料以及序间物料进行热处理工艺质量检测 根据检测结果判定物料质量及时协调对来料进行接收或拒收处理的头功 定期对金相显微镜制样设备等进行点检校准保养确保设备处于良好运行状态确保测量精度保证量具的测量功能参与实验室5S管理整洁干净 协助主管做一些日常的检测记录图表标准测量仪器备件等管理工作 严格执行实验室安全操作规程保密制度及公司规章制度 协助处理生产线反馈的问题辅助工程师制定检验作业指导书管理检验报告与结果
Background/Experience
任职资格
大专或以上学历能操作基本的办公软件如excel
3年以上的CMM三坐标检测以及编程经验或者材料实验室的材料检测工作经验
能读懂机械图纸
了解热处理的基本知识
初步了解CMM等量具以及热处理检测设备
具备基本的问题沟通反馈协调能力
