Core Responsibilities
ODM Leadership: Act as the primary quality window to govern external ODM partners ensuring their manufacturing processes align with our brand standards.
NPI Design Collaboration: Partner with R&D teams during early development to proactively mitigate risks and inject lessons learned into new product designs.
Factory & Process Control: Monitor manufacturing yields at supplier sites review quality control plans (Control Plans/PFMEA) and drive root-cause analysis for line defects.
Market Quality Tracking: Track customer/market quality feedback analyze field return trends and lead continuous improvement projects (CIP) with ODMs to optimize product reliability.
Cross-functional Alignment: Host regular quality reviews with internal stakeholders and external partners to sync on performance metrics and technical resolutions.
What We Are Looking For
Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering Technical disciplines or equivalent practical experience.
Experience: 3 years of experience in the electronics/hardware industry (experience in SQE CQE PQA or Quality Project Management is highly preferred).
Key Skills: Good communication skills to collaborate with internal R&D and external manufacturers. Familiarity with basic quality tools (8D Root-cause analysis Pivot tables/Data tracking).
Language: Ability to communicate and write reports in English (professional working proficiency).
Plus Clause -
Experience with ODM/OEM vendor management or factory auditing.
Knowledge of product development lifecycles (NPI process).
