What you will do

• Monitor and improve product quality process capability by mini tab tools through creating indicative products
• Organize meeting for escalation case control raw material and plans and laminate specs
• Review and update quality specs and control plans based on customer and end user needs
• Work closely with coating finishing continuous improvement team for process quality improvement and continuous improvement
• Work closely with Sales to meet customers quality needs
• Work closely with Product Development Research & Development to ensure quality and monitor suppliers quality and proceed improvement
• Follow up and report quality trend ( Raw material customer claim waste )
• Ensure corrective actions for product quality related issues taken in place and fill in time

Who you are

• You have a bachelors degree in a relevant field such as printing packaging chemical engineering or paper science
• You have 2-3 years quality experiences in related field
• You have English and Chinese language skills
