Project Quality Engineer DCCC

Provide support for compliance of quality management system specially for the Bosch Quality Principals.

Check formal correctness of the projects quality planverify contained process deviations and document risk.

Coordinate all the quality related subjects of relocation projects with lead plant Moderate QG meetings.

Apply quality methods and review resulted documents e.g. Process-FMEA WI Control Plan 8D and change management

Inspection plan/ISIR for new developed/localized productsProcess quality monitoring and random inspectionQuality related LPC

Planning conducting and reporting results of internal/external quality audits.

Support Claim handling lead/coach manufacturing associates to investigate root cause of customer complaints and non-conformance by making appropriate use of the problem solving methods

Analyze quality and manufacturing data identify and drive quality improvement activities
