Job Summary
Project Planning & Execution
- Lead upstream automation product projects including project planning execution and delivery
- Define project scope objectives key milestones and deliverables
Cross-functional Coordination
- Partner with Business Development (BD) and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (R&D Marketing Sales Supply Chain Regulatory etc.) to drive project progress
- Act as key coordinator to ensure alignment among different stakeholders and functions
Project Tracking & KPI Management
- Establish and maintain project tracking mechanisms including KPI monitoring and milestone tracking
- Track project progress using structured tools (e.g. visual KPI tracking dashboards)
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and performance
Collaboration with Downstream Team
- Work closely with downstream product management and marketing teams
- Align upstream product development with go-to-market strategy and customer needs
