YOUR TASKS

• 1 Workingwithin the project teams according to project management principle as theOperations core team member作为运营部核心团队成员根据项目管理规定与项目团队一起项目管理工作
• 2 Agreeing andfollowing up targets with the Project manager in terms of quality costs andtiming in agreement with the superior and taking existing processes and methodsinto consideration. Providing timely project decisions and identifying criticalpaths in order to establish prioritized actions与项目经理在质量成本和时间方面达成一致并跟进目标并与上级达成一致并考虑现有的流程和方法及时做出项目决策并确定关键路径以便制定优先行动
• 3 Ensuringthat the project targets are being achieved or overachieved simultaneously orwith the priority to selected dimension确保项目目标同时实现或超额实现可按优先度选定的需实现的维度
• 4 Definingplanning coordinating and monitoring project maturity internal tasks / workpackages within the production team by using predefined methods and tools使用预定义的方法和工具定义规划协调和监控项目成熟度生产团队内部任务及工作包
• 5 Definingmembers of the extended production team with the help of the functionaldepartments and moderating the production team incl. conflict resolution withfunctional departments在职能部门的帮助下确定扩大生产团队的成员并协调生产团队包括解决与职能部门的冲突问题
• 6 Guide andadvice the development responsible concerning production related options / andimprovements at new developments and modifications of products with regard tooptimum cost and quality就与生产相关的选择/以及产品的新开发和修改的改进就最佳成本和质量向开发负责人提供指导和建议
• 7 Ensure theprocurement pre-acceptance final acceptance ofproduction equipment according to the project milestone requirements确保生产设备的采购预验收终验收满足项目需求
• 8 PreparingRun @Rate obtaining assessment and all needed documentation for processapproval. Responsibility for the organization / qualification of the start ofproduction准备根据需求准备产线Run&Rate确保所有相关文件完成以便开始量产条件
• 9 Involvement ininternal and external project related audits参与内部和外部项目相关审核

• 1 Bachelordegree 5 years and above working experience/本科学历以上五年以上工作经验
• 2 Hastechnical background/experience in machine build (from graduation or workexperience)/有产线设备建设经验
• 3 Has projectmanagement background/experience (from graduation or work experience)/具备项目管理经验优先
• 4 Hasbackground in automotive (PFMEA PPAP Milestones) is preferred/具备汽车行业背景优先
• 5 FluentEnglish both speaking and writing./ 流利的英语口语和写作能力
