Definition and realization of Design-to-Cost ideas in teamwork for plastic parts electronic components manufacturing parameters and concepts and others. 在塑料零件电子元件制造参数和概念等的团队合作中定义和实现按成本设计的想法
Act as the interface to our customers to communicate the project status negotiate various topics and ensure that the customers requirements are met while considering the project targets quality costs timing. 作为客户的接口传达项目状态 在确保满足客户要求的同时考虑项目目标 -质量 -成本 -时间
Audit and improve the work and processes in the development phase and apply risk management 审核和改进开发阶段的工作和流程并应用风险管理
Trace and audit each milestone and actively communicating deviations and develop counter measures 跟踪和审核每个里程碑并积极沟通偏差并制定对策
Assign and coordinate the tasks to the members of the team to ensure an efficient teamwork 任务分配给并协调给团队成员以确保高效的团队合作
Responsible for Hella Project management system maintenance with the team like SAP MDR salesforce etc. 与团队一起负责海拉项目管理系统的维护如 SAP MDR salesforce等
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor degree and major in mechanical engineering major in Design or plastics technology 工程学士学位主修设计或塑料技术优先
At least 3 years working experience in Project Management or similar jobs 3年项目管理或类似工作的工作经验
Experience in development of (complex)mechatronics products and automotive knowhow. 具有开发复杂机电一体化产品和汽车专业知识的经验
Proficient English both in spoken and written 熟练的英语口语和书面
Good Communication skill and leadership. 沟通能力和领导力
Enjoy working in intercultural teams and great interest in dealing with customers 享受在跨文化团队中工作并对与客户打交道感兴趣
