Job Summary
Context
Individual contributor acts within a clearly defined and low-complex business scope with direct instructions from a manager.
Typical business scope of the assigned project:
- within established structure / work processes
- minor trade-offs between constraints
- projects are generally not on the critical path
- small suppliers and non-complex supplier collaboration
- collaborating with a senior business counterpart who is familiar to the business / role independent and pro-active in the expertise area of the PMO.
Requirements
Academic (Bachelor or Master) degree with some experience.
Responsibilities
PMO Foundation
Understands the PMO core role (triple constraint PGP PMO processes) the ASML organizational structure and is able to explain this to colleagues.
Project Management Methodology (PMM)
Is aware of the steps and phases of the ASML Project management methodology (PMM) and applies this to own area of expertise.
Planning & alignment
Contributes to robust and flexible plans within PMO and with business stakeholders.
