Take ownership for leading complex projects

As a PM Manager you will be responsible for project delivery profit & loss accountability and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.

As a PM Manager you will be responsible for:

Taking full ownership for project management and achieving operational excellence in customer project management.

Building leading and motivating a cross-functional project team to deliver large-scale complex project assignments.

Owning and managing the customer relationship communications and reporting.

Managing the project budget customer change requests and commercial negotiations.

Presenting product/program strategies technical roadmaps risks and recommendations to senior leads.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Related Field. Minimum of 10 years of experience in Customer Project Management.

Have experience of managing large scale complex projects within an environment like Manufacturing Energy or Transportation.

Have a natural ability to engage present to and build trusted relationships with customers and senior stakeholders both internally and externally.

Be familiar with managing projects in an environment with complex supply chains.

Be well organized and analytical with experience of managing budgets and cost control within large scale projects.

Able to fluently speak and write in English and Chinese.
