Project Management Architecture
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Project Management Architecture professional to support the successful delivery of architectural and design projects while strengthening strategic client relationships. The role combines 60% project and design management responsibilities with 40% business development and client relationship management responsibilities.
Project & Design Management (60%)
Work closely with the Design Manager to manage client expectations throughout project execution.
Act as the primary point of contact for day-to-day client and team communication.
Manage project schedules milestones and deliverables.
Proactively identify risks delays and anomalies and escalate to senior leadership.
Support design production teams with project coordination and resource planning.
Maintain project documentation and reporting.
Coordinate meetings and ensure project objectives are achieved.
Client Relations & Business Management (40%)
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders and decision makers.
Build understanding of client organizational structures including project allocation contracts procurement and finance teams.
Identify and pursue new project opportunities within existing client accounts.
Manage contract-related communications and support negotiations.
Monitor contract status and compliance requirements.
Follow up on invoicing and payment collection.
Lead and coordinate tender preparation and submission activities.
Qualifications :
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors Degree in Architecture Project Management Design Management or related discipline preferred.
510 years of relevant professional experience.
Experience in transport / metro related projects
Experience managing client-facing architectural or design projects.
International project experience is highly desirable.
Technical Skills
Rhino Grasshopper AutoCAD Adobe Photoshop Adobe InDesign Adobe Illustrator.
Language Requirements
Fluent Mandarin and English (mandatory).
Cantonese is an advantage.
