Amazon Web Services (AWS) provides companies of all sizes with an infrastructure web services platform in the cloud (cloud computing). With AWS you can requisition compute power storage and many other services gaining access to a suite of elastic IT infrastructure services as your business demands them. The AWS Greater China (GC) CET (Customer Excellence Team) team is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to drive strategic program from the perspective of establishment monitor and governance. Responsibilities will include resources coordination work streams dependencies schedules and commitments across multiple joint business objectives as well as ensuring a proper cadence of stakeholder meetings dashboard and other reporting of return-on-investment (ROI).

The ideal candidate will by a dynamic results oriented take-charge program leader with good IT cloud business background. This person should have a demonstrated ability to thrive and achieve objectives in a highly matrixed environment creating and supporting productive cross-team working relationships and interacting with high performing team members. The position requires both the ability to implement formal cadence and process controls as well as the ability to think and react quickly to changing conditions.

Key job responsibilities
Serve as the program leader in helping define and deliver the overall initiatives by coordinating resources from internal and external stakeholders.
Engage stakeholders in AWS Global relevant teams to understand the trend and learn the best practices quickly replicate them into Greater China.
Create and maintain program specifications for requirements resourcing work streams schedules milestones and risk management.
Lead and drive the relevant process set up and continuous improvement.
Prepare and support business reviews to the senior management team including program deliverable necessary analysis impact on the business etc.
Actively and continuously listen to the opinions and suggestions of the relevant business team for the project and make corresponding improvements to meet the needs of the business.

- Graduate between October 2026 and September 2027.
- Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science Business Analytics Data Science or related fields.
- Logical thinking result oriented.
- Strong ability to deep dive into data processes and systems and develop innovative ideas for process challenges
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skill

- Highly analytical and structured
- Strong influence skills ability to negotiate and communicate across the organization at all levels.
