Job Description:

• 结合公司业务目标制定手术室护理项目的规划与实施路线图构建覆盖各级别的阶梯式教育体系确保教育内容与临床实践紧密衔接

• 负责手术室护理相关教育项目的全流程管理包括课程设计讲师团队搭建与管理等策划并组织多形式教育活动

• 建立并维护与国内重点医院手术室护理学会行业协会及关键意见领袖KOL的长期合作关系推动教育项目的学术认可与落地推广

• 建立科学的教育项目效果评估体系持续优化课程内容与教学形式定期分析教育项目数据形成评估报告

• 严格遵守公司合规政策确保所有教育活动合规开展负责预算执行与管控提升资源利用效率

• 与内部团队联动支撑业务团队专业能力提升

• 完成团队安排的其它事项
