Production Technician

角色与职责

• 根据适当的指令开展生产
• 发展专业学科的概念性知识可能包括具有广泛领域内专业知识或技术知识的支持角色
• 应用从教育或过去的经验中发展的业务常识了解自己团队的工作如何为该地区做出贡献
• 使用规定程序解决问题向主管或更多高级团队成员咨询定义的说明/参数之外的问题
• 与他人合作解决问题对于面对客户的角色建立牢固的客户关系并充当客户与 GE HealthCare 之间的接口交流技术信息提出问题并检查理解程度

基本资格

• 该岗位要求在领域具有初步的工作经验学力水平相当于从正规高等院校取得学士学位 或根据相应工作经验具有高中学历

• 优秀的口头和书面沟通能力优秀的人际关系和领导能力能够独立工作较强的解决问题能力

• 接受主管/领班的工作安排
• 具有良好的团队合作精神
• 定期参加培训熟悉cGMP和EHS要求熟知生产工作中的专业技能和知识并能不断提高自己
• 在操作设备方面培训并指导其他员工的操作
• 生产操作
• 生产操作中严格遵循cGMP和SOP及EHS的各项要求及时准确地填写批文件与记录本
• 负责机器的尺寸更换和日常状态检查
• 按批文件要求完成生产过程中的中间控制IPC
• 关注OEE的数据收集参与分析生产数据
• 环境健康安全
• 承担最新版本通用电气医疗集团EHS政策中规定的职责
• 达到通用电气药业(上海)工厂对员工的EHS期望
• 及时报告各种偏差和机器或操作的非正常情况积极寻求解决方法
• 积极参与技术革新项目与工程部/验证部门/项目部门紧密合作完成设备的周期性验证或专题验证项目
• 配合工程部完成日常的设备维护和生产设备的维修及保养工作
