Production Supervisor

1. Production KPI Management
Manage daily production to achieve core KPIs including safety on-time high quality deliverycost control performance ect. ;Conduct capacity planning 5S management and on-site standardization.

2. Safety & Sustainable Development & Culture Implementation
Implement safety production maintain zero lost time injury and continuoursly eliminate safe hazard. Promote sustainable development projects and practice TOMRAs values of Innovation Passion and Responsibility in daily management.

3. Team Leadership & Talent Development
Manage the independent and proactive production team conduct performance evaluation empower team autonomy optimize team capability and support employee growth.
负责生产团队绩效管理赋能自主高效作业持续提升团队综合能力推进人才培养与梯队建设

4.  Cross-team Collaboration
Collaborate proactively with PMC purchasing quality TPS and other departments to solve production bottlenecks and ensure smooth assembly.
协调供应链部门的客服计划采购等职能以及质量生产技术支持等平行部门快速解决生产异常打通产线瓶颈

5. On-site Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement 
Effectively manage and solve on-site production and technical issues
Drive production process and manufacturing technique optimization optimize products standard working hours explore innovative manufacturing methods and support long-term productivity production efficiency optimization. 
有效管理并解决产线生产及技术问题主导生产流程生产工艺改善持续优化产品标准工时探索创新性生产模式实现生产率生产效率的持续优化

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor degree or above major in Engineering is preferred.
 本科及以上学历工科背景优先

2. Minimum 5 years of manufacturing workshop either production management or technique management experience with mature experience in on-site operation team management and lean improvement.
5年以上制造业车间生产管理或者工艺管理经验具备成熟的生产现场运营团队管理与精益改善能力

3. Possess solid technical understanding of mechanical and electronic products capable of analyzing and solving on-site process and quality problems.
具备机电类产品技术认知可独立参与现场制程品质问题分析与改善

4. Proactive quick leaner good People and Team spirit excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
积极主动具备快速学习的能力优秀的人际沟通团队意识以及组织协调能力

5. English Written and Spoken skill.
良好的英语读写和听说能力

6. Professional in Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint for data sorting analysis and production improvement.
熟练使用ExcelPPT等办公软件可独立完成数据处理专业分析及生产提升和改善
