Who you are:

• Develop and coordinate the unit. Responsible for securing that the unit meets short to mid-term goals

and customer expectations. Actively work with operational interfaces communicate and coordinate.

About the job:

• Implement ISO AEOASME PV management system in the factory.

履行ISOAEOASME压力容器产品制造质量管理等相关体系中规定的相关职责

• Ability to coordinate across departments manage project delivery risks and changes to ensure efficient execution of customer-specific orders under the ETO business model.

具备跨部门协调项目交付风险与变更管理等能力以确保客户定制化订单在ETO业务模式下的高效执行

• Responsible for the performance and output of the unit including financial KPIs.

• Set and follow up targets for the unit connected to factory priority.

• Secure ALPS Implementation including Lean Six Sigma and 5S

• Understand and deal with the real problems of the unit by being present

• Support NPD (new product development) and give input to EPD (Existing Product Development)

参与新产品开发和现有产品的改善

• Setup and maintain BCM (business continuity management) within unit

What you know:

• Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent experience

理工科本科学历或等同经历

• Relevant Leadership and management experience

相关领导/管理的技能和经验

• Above 5 years of experience from production/manufacturing company

五年以上年生产制造业工作经验

• Experience from improvement tools e g 5S Six Sigma Kaizen. Certified GB is plus

有持续改善的经验例如5S Six Sigma 认证尤佳

• Project work experience is plus
