Product Testing Engineer

1. 负责新产品导入及测试方案展开包括测试程序工装治具测试板和老化板的评估验证及量产移交
2. 负责测试工艺开发与优化开展FMEA风险分析制定并推进控制计划CP等质量管理措施
3. 编写和维护测试流程作业指导书等技术文件推动测试作业标准化
4. 负责新测试工艺新设备及新技术的导入评估和量产验证支持产能提升
5. 推动自动化及测试方法改善持续提升产品质量生产效率并降低制造成本
6. 通过数据分析和过程监控评估改善效果推动QCDQualityCostDelivery持续优化
7. 负责测试异常调查与原因分析推进品质改善及关键指标的持续稳定

Qualifications :

1. 本科及以上学历微电子集成电路自动化电子工程或相关专业 

2. 3年以上半导体测试工艺测试设备产品工程或相关工作经验 

3. 熟悉集成电路产品封装工艺及测试相关知识具备半导体制造现场问题分析与改善能力 

4. 熟悉质量管理体系及常用质量工具了解IATF16949SPCMSAVDA6.3DOE等优先 

5. 具备良好的问题分析沟通协调及项目推进能力工作认真严谨责任心强 

6. 具备良好的英文读写能力能够阅读技术资料并进行基本工作沟通CET-6海外经历或车载行业经验者优先
