Job Description:

Summary:

Product marketing assistant will assist the PME to finish some regular work like releasing new products tracking the release status of corresponding products manage all documents and website and keep them updated. This position requires the candidate has high carefulness and attentiveness.

Responsibilities:

1. Understand the documentation and procedure and manage all documents thoroughly and professionally Maintain/update documents database

理解文档和程序要求完整并专业的管理相关文档维护更新文档资料库

2. Assists with documentation archive required such as scan and save file as required

协助文控管理比如扫描保存文档

3. Track new product release status and work with PME (product marketing engineer) to make sure we launch new parts in time.追

踪新产品的发布状态和PME一起确保新产品的准时发布

4. Release price book quarterly update Product Selector Guide and website in time.

每季度按时发布价格手册及时更新产品选择指导和网站

5. Other duties as assigned. 处理被分配到的其他任务

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree majoring in English Marketing Science and technology Business is preferred

2. Working carefully strong sense of responsibility
